Ice cream- a part of the family as long for as I can remember. Gibson was learning the Letter I at school last week and he told me a couple times that he had tried to tell everyone that his favorite ice cream was the checkered kind, but one of his teachers just ignored him and told him to color chocolate or vanilla and the other thought- sure, whatever. So, imagine my giggles when I saw his coloring sheet this week- complete with ice cream colored as a checker board! but the funniest part is that not only is it checkered ice cream- it is officially NASCAR checkered FLAG ice cream! Only my son would let his red neck show in the ice cream he chooses! From New Jersey no less!
